WEN CHAN
Dr.Chen Wen graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University and brings over 20 years of experience in the design, development, and production management of powder production equipment for additive manufacturing. He specializes in Plasma Rotating Electrode Process (PREP) systems and has deep, hands-on expertise in the structural design, rotational speed optimization, fine powder yield improvement, and cost reduction strategies related to PREP equipment. His work reflects a strong combination of engineering innovation and practical manufacturing insight.
HUA LI
Dr.Li Hua holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and has over 15 years of experience in the development and application of high-temperature alloy materials and processes for additive manufacturing technologies, including Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) and Directed Energy Deposition (DED). He has strong capabilities in the design and R&D of aerospace components utilizing additive manufacturing, with deep expertise in process development and advanced manufacturing techniques centered on additive technologies.
Kaden HE
Kaden holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from RWTH Aachen University in Germany. With over a decade of academic and scientific research experience in Germany, he has developed strong expertise in advanced metal materials and cutting-edge engineering practices. In addition, he has more than 10 years of professional experience in materials R&D roles in China, with a focus on additive manufacturing materials and process development for materials fabrication equipment. He is the inventor of dozens of patents and has extensive hands-on experience in materials development, process control, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement.
