What are your processes for preparing metal powder?
The processes we use are Vacuum Induction Melting Gas Atomization (VIGA), Electrode Induction Gas Atomization (EIGA) and Plasma Rotating Electrode Atomization (PREP) according to material properties and application scenarios.
Can we customize special alloy powders and metal parts?
We have strong material research and development capabilities and can customize special products for customers.
What qualifications do you have in the metal materials industry?
Frontier material currently has ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO45001 and FDA certifications.
What manufacturing processes can your alloy powders be used for?
Our powders can be used in various processes such as Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF), Directed Energy Deposition (DED), Binder Jetting (BJ) and Metal Injection Molding (MIM), etc.
How long does it take to receive the goods after placing an order?
The delivery time may vary depending on the place of receipt. Normally you can receive our alloy powder within a week.

We can also customize metal finished parts and metal atomization equipment for you, and provide additive manufacturing services such as material research and development, model optimization, 3D printing, and post-processing.
